I never thought that I would have problem with my colleague in office because we are close enough each other, I guess. I don’t even know what exactly the problem is. It’s all started two weeks when I get back from lunch and move his cigarette from my desk and placed it near to the window, because I hate cigarette and of course the smoke as well. When he ask to give it back to him, I was being busy with my mobile to reply an important message so I didn't really pay attention to what he ask for and he is getting mad. It was surprise me and the cold war begin…we didn't talk each other, we didn't say greetings, we are pretending that is nothing, we are doing our best to avoid each other, looks like simple complication and miscommunication lead to fall out and I don’t even care for that. It’s happen for a week and somehow I enjoyed it because I don’t have to get annoyance from him. Then I realize that it is not good having an avalanche wall between us so I decided to change it, talk! Swallowing my pride, I talk to him first last week because I believe that succumb to be the winner, first time is very hard and awkward but our friendship is getting better and better now, I guess :) . Jimmy Hasugian, my cell leader while in Bandung, wrote in his FB wall “Apologizing does not always mean that you are wrong and the other person is right. It just means that you value your relationship more than your ego” (June 20, 2011). I agree with that!
