I have nice whats-app conversation with a very close friend when I just arrive in Santiago airport, 22 March 2016, from my trip in San Pedro de Atacama. I was telling her that I have lost my ATM card, I realize I lost it when I am about to pay food and souvenirs in Calama airport and she responded.
She: Is it stolen?
Me: No, I don't think so, San Pedro de Atacama is very safe and I have always take care of my important stuff with me when I am in hostel or on trip. I think I forgot it in the Banco Estado ATM machine when I draw money that evening on my last day in San Pedro de Atacama, after got the money I left).
She: Why? What have changes you?
Me: (hahaha) I don't know why Chile has turn me into an irresponsible person :)
I lost my Sony headset in Puerto Montt
I lost my sun glass in Tierra del Fuego
I lost my ATM card in San Pedro de Atacama
She: Next time you will lose your heart
Me: I have lost it in Santiago :( (PS to a guy: I am sorry the way it is)
She: (laugh)
Me: but I have found life, hope and love in San Pedro de Atacama through my journey ;) so I am not regret at all. I need to learn how to lose because I gain too much. My life is just perfectly full of blessing. (PS to a very special guy who accompany my journey there, you have change the way I see things, good people is everywhere, we just need to find a way to build relation with them).
Lesson learned! Behind all the lost, I am not regret at all compare to all the amazing experiences that I got and had, they are more valuable than money. I need to learn how to lose because God has giving me more that I deserved. He is wonderful God and I love him.
Yeah, that's a life lesson, lost and found. Give thanks in every circumstances! #YouAreMyFlashlight
